There was a card from M. E. P. addressing  Mable as sister in 1908. She was in Ponca, OK. There was another associated family source that mentioned Minnie Phillips.
The marriage record was found in a Record book at the Fort Worth Library mentioning the marriage of Ross Phillips, age 21, wed to Minnie Scribner, age 17, on July 4, 1901. Both were residing in the Shafter Oklahoma Territory.

Minnie was still in Ponca City, Ok in 1961. ...from Mable's obituary.
