Viola E. Scribner
The facts surrounding Viola's death are unknown at this
time but what I have gathered from oral tradition within our family is that
Viola died as a result of some type of accident at her place of employment,
and was pregnant at the time of her death.
There is no information at this time concerning Viola's marriage or her
spouse except that her husband's surname was Reed.
Viola is buried at Maplewood Cemetery, Exeter, Barry County, Missouri. Her
grave is in the approximate center of the cemetery. Her grave marker faces
the rear of the cemetery and is beside her brother Floyd's grave.
Her parents and brother Harvey are also buried at Maplewood. Their
gravemarkers face the road at the rear of the cemetery.
